Great place for camping. You are right in the middle of town, plenty of shop, restaurants, movie theater. Many homes being bought here and fixing them up nice. Have patience, you'll get it done. A great way to start off or retire.

No one answers the phone or emails. When you go to the office no one can tell you anything is available.
Came out to see the Lula Roe sale for my wife and couldn't find them. Big sale in the first building where they said it would be. Turns out it was in the last building on the first road into the Camp ground. Very dark missed the building because you have to pull into the parking lot past the first building you come to and turn to the left. One way, blocked, and narrow poorly lit roads along with parked cars and low hanging porch roofs made it a challenge to maneuver my 22 foot long 7.5 foot high truck through the neighborhood when I missed the turn into the sales building. The building the sale I was visiting was 508 unit 2. Nice building to rent if you have 16 kids to bed on a weekend or summer camp outing. Not a very good place to hold a sales event especially after dark. There is a bathroom odor when you enter the building that is a bit overwhelming for the first few minutes after coming in. Could use an air freshener in the entry halls.
It is a quiet place to raise children or retirement. Great place to start off with your first home.
