Best automatic car wash around! Well worth the money I always get the $18 option. Fast detailed wash and very powerful vacuums. Staff is also great at what they do and music is always awesome. And my F250 fits great! 10/10 would recommend
Good carwash and vacuums, but just raised prices 20%!!! Basically trying to force you to purchase a monthly pass... very scandalous and greedy!!! Mr Froggys on main is a WAY better deal and rinses your car better.
Edit: I contacted the wash and left a message. I was later contacted by a manager named Tonya. She asked me if I could swing by and we could figure out what the problem is. When I got there she informs me that for some soft tops they turn off the high pressure rinse so as not to rip through the tops of the cars. She said it's been specifically happening with jeep tops and my other vehicle being a Jeep I honestly appreciate that. So she let me run my car through again for the $15 wash to see if second go would get rid of the issues. It cleared up some but not all. She then gave me my full refund and apologized. Although the wash didn't accomplish as much as I would like I do greatly appreciate the focus on customer service.
I bought their most premium wash for $15 I have soap scum all over my windows, parts of my car that were not even washed,it didnt do anything for the bugs on my windshield, and spotting all over.
This place is very nice! It actually gets my car clean plus they have free vacuums that actually work! If you have any problems at all the staff is very friendly and very helpful! I would recommend this place to anybody who asked! It by far the best car wash in Lancaster ohio
Used a free carwash coupon to check it out. It did a great job getting my truck clean. Plus they have free vacuuming available.
