We bought a sofa and two recliners at Big Sandy and it was a great experience. Sara Palmer helped us throughout the process. We weren't positive we were going to buy and Sara was accessible and helpful without hovering or pressuring or rushing us. Once we decided to buy, Sara made sure we knew all our options and gave us good information on each piece of furniture we were considering. She made it all so easy that even my husband had fun shopping! The store had a great selection too. Thanks, Sara! We definitely recommend Big Sandy!
We are scheduled for the repair 11/29 (That is if the part is ordered this time). We have a large family so this is inexcusable.
Paid for the "white glove" delivery. They were in and out in about 10 minutes. Set them on the floor, made the connections and shoved them back. No checking to make sure they were level.
We had a delightful experience with Eddie at Big Sandy when we purchased our couch. We have purchased from him before and he is very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in choosing what works best for us and our budget. We will definitely ask for him again next time!

Do yourself a favor.
Purchased a washer and dryer delivered October 18. 4 days later the dryer quit working. It still isn't fixed. Sure service came out. Ball was dropped. Part not ordered or some other ridiculous excuse. We were never updated. We had to initiate any communication to know what was going on. The store is more than willing to place blame elsewhere and not offer much more than passing the buck and excuses.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
