Stop by in the morning for a quick coffee and fill-up on your way to work, or on the way home to grab a few beers, and deli items for the evening cook-out. The people are great and so is the vibe.
My wife went in to get a pound of the colby cheese as advertised on the sign. A dark haired girl told her she had to wait a half hour for the deli girl to get back from break. The whole time, she was feeding her three friends. This happened at 7:13 PM. A paying customer shouldn't have to return a half hour later. This is bad for business.
I was in there this morning and the red headed lady literally screamed at my kids. I have 4 kids I can't just leave in the car. It's hot. She was very rude about them. Never will I go there again. They have no manners on how to deal with customers.
This business has been run by the same owner for 27 years. That's a very strong commitment to this community. From a full service station with auto repair to it's current incarnation as a gas station and carry-out grocery this location has been right there through a lot of changes to this area of Lancaster over the years.
Both ladies at the register were very nice and friendly. That will keep me coming back. Thanks, ladies!
Walked in asked if they had change for 100 said i was getting 10 in gas but its a bike, might not take that much she said ok. Only took 3 went back in to get change the older red head lady with glasses said 100 change for 3 in gas to the other employee and was very rude. She needs fired i will never get gas at that store again and thats where i usually get gas. Who ever the manager or owner is you need find new help its costing you customers.
It is everything you would hope a gas station would be. Clean, friendly, well stocked with a good location and easy access. In fact, their deli has a great reputation far across the city. Where can you find that in this day and age? From fine tobacco to the only gas that still includes the detergents, Greg's has always treated it's customers, neighbors and employees right.
If you're a neighbor of Greg's remember to get to the polls in November 2017 to approve his Sunday permit. He's one of the last places in the city that can't do it yet and would definitely appreciate the support of his precinct.
