All the workers I have run into there are pleasant, some are still learning the ropes as several new employees have been hired to work the much bigger store.
The new Kroger store is amazing. The olive bar has a ton of great options to choose from. Along with their Craft beer selection. I am so happy that Lancaster finally has a Kroger's that is somewhat close to what Athens has. I also love the fact that they have a Starbucks even though there is one right across Memorial Dr. I will definitely be doing the bulk of my shopping here now.
Everything's easy to find, but we were told it was going to be a super Kroger, but they don't have furniture or half the stuff people said it would have. But it's nice!
Definitely will be spending my money at Giant Eagle vs here.
So the new krogers is better than the old krogers, however, its a poor execution of Giant Eagles Market District. You can tell there is still some growing pains with the new store, we ran into an issue with pricing of some products, and the workers insisted on arguing with us on the price.
I prefer to go to this Kroger and try to do most of my food shopping there. The staff is always very helpful, minus a few times. I go there about once a week and most of the staff recognize me and make a point to say hello. Very nice store.
