The Krav Maga program is absolutely incredible! The instructors are knowledgeable and excited to share what they know. I knew absolutely nothing when I first stepped into the gym, but never once did I feel embarrassed or out of place because every single person there- from those who had been training for years to the girl who had only started the week before- was excited to help and share their love for Krav. This is so much more than just a bunch of classes- this is a family, and I'll never go anywhere else!
Learning Krav has been such a helpful skill for me; not just physically but mentally and spiritually. I have truly grown as a person because of the leadership and training I have received from every trainer and individual who is a part of my "krav family". I am blessed by each one of them!
Just started doing cross fit here and love the environment. The coaches are great and good at working with individuals in the group. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
