They did great on my hair. The girls were friendly.
Jewel, the hairdresser didn't listen to a single word we said. My son wanted a simple trim on his long hair.. He barely has any hair left after her cut. He hates it and we won't be back.
Clean, friendly staff that great you when you walk in, short wait time if any, close to nice shopping and restaurants, easy to get to.
Wasn't impressed, felt rushed and not a great cut for $18 + tip. ( It wasn't busy at that time )
There is a sign on the inside of their shop that says there will never be a long wait. Well, we walked in to get my hair cut at about 10:30 and they told me that they has appointments booked up until 12. They only had one woman in the shop getting her hair done and two cosmologists there. So we left and came back the next day. When we did that, we went in at about 1and there was the same amount of girls working there, both with costomers. We asked to get our hair done and they told is there would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. We are very unhappy with their service and will not be going back.
