Every time I come in here, one of these old women, who obviously hate working here, are so rude to me. Today, the worker had the audacity to be so nasty to me. My comforters we're in the wash, this broad felt she should tell me she was next? My stuff was already in the washer. Arguing with me.. The worst customer service ever. Shes gonna smart mouth the wrong person one day. I am attempting to speak with the owners . For some reason, these folks don't get they have a JOB because people come here to wash their stuff. I will find someplace else to go.. Half the machines are as old and beat up as this rude hag with the smart ass mouth who looks like she just rolled out of bed and came to work.
I read everyone else's reviews and didn't have anywhere near a similar experience. I brought my clothes in at about 8:00AM and used their wash, dry, and fold service. She said they would be done by 2:00pm same day and was it was done at 12. Excellent service and they followed the special instructions perfectly. (Keeping the two orders separate)

WORST customer service I have ever seen! If I could give it ZERO stars I would! I literally have one tote of mine, my boyfriend's, and his toddler's clothes. I arrived at 9:18 pm, which it says online it closes at 10 pm today so I had drove all the way there from Logan because this is the only place that says it for sure closes at 10 pm. When I arrived the lady from behind the counter came and unlocked the door as I'm bringing the clothes in a tote in. She peeks out to tell me they are closed. I see people sitting in there. Clearly they are open. I replied it says you close at 10. She told me no new loads. I said I only need to dry the clothes. She yells again they are closed at me and as I'm trying to ask her if there is anywhere else open at this time I can go to dry the clothes she slams the door closed. Not sure if she's the owner or just a worker but they will not get a single penny from me EVER. I'm so pissed. Would only take 30 minutes top to finish drying the clothes I had with me...
I've gone here for years and have no issues with employees or anyone else.I stay until my clothes are done of course then fold them and get out.my prefered laundry mat to go to.I feel some equipment could use updating but then again I don't own the business and am glad their there for ppl do do their laundry.
UPDATE: I spoke on the phone with the owner of this Laundry & Dry Clean business today. He explained to me the last loads are in at 9 pm and the doors lock at 9 pm. I wish the lady last night would have kindly explained that to me rather than displaying a rude attitude towards me and slamming the door shut without further explanation as I was still asking her questions. He says he will have a talk with her about this because I feel as if she was disrespectful to me so hopefully new incoming business doesn't get the same bad experience that I had. The owner seems kind. Hopefully she changes her attitude and displays a kinder manner when it is past 9 pm to other in the future.
loads of clothes and when I went back (less than 24 hours). The majority of my clothes were gone. I mentioned it and was told people who leave clothes never come back to get them.
