I was informed that Papa John's will no longer be delivering to Fairfield Medical Center and that was a decision of management despite having multiple orders placed frequently. As a longtime fan and patron of Papa John's, I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same. I'm sure the other local businesses and chains will gladly accept the additional business!!!
Manager was rude as hell after screwing my order up. After years of being a faithful customer and a lot of money later, am taking my business elsewhere. Papa John's can suck it!!!!
Tonight's experience was the worst. After 6 minutes on hold I gave my order. After 93 minutes I called their store and again waited on hold for another 7 minutes and then asked where is my order. To have the attendant inform me that he wasn't the person who told me it would be 40 minutes, and then he hung up on me. This place lacks professtionalism and proper management. If you can't deliver the pizza in the 40 minute time period then tell me the truth. It's game 7 of the World Series, plan your staff better.
Love this branch; never have any issues, always fast and efficient.
