I definitely will NEVER use him again & do not recommend them to anybody!
I regret that I used them !! very unprofessional, rude, ONLY use them if you do not care about your furniture getting damaged . He will blam you for having so many boxes and he does use the F*** word most of the time .
Do I need to say anymore? The worst experience we have ever had this move was a nightmare move, I would not recommend them to anyone, the one mover past out after 30 minutes in the truck and slept for over 6 hours before the supervisor got there, after supervisor got there he was almost as bad as the mover that passed out. The supervisor had to drive the passed out mover home and come back to complete our move, which my husband and I packed a lot ourselves. The movers said had we paid more money our furniture would have been protected. This company did not care they damaged our furniture, they did not follow instruction as to where to place our boxes, they did their own thing while damaging and breaking our precious belongings, I have more photos however I am sure you get the picture, do not hire these guys, unless you want your stuff damaged, the supervisor said my husband and I were over reacting, this move was unbelievable mess, with costs so high to replace our furniture and broken vases and dishes. DO NOT HIRE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURE DAMAGED.
Horrible service , liar , after finished moving he ruined most of the furniture (there is not a single furniture piece unless got scratched or damaged as he does not use moving pads) , although he promised he will call the insurance to fix it , no response a month later....,then he never answered my phone calls , I had to call him from a different number to get him to answer, most of the time used the F-word, very rude !!
You do not need to look anywhere else for your upcoming move. Keith took such good care of us during a recent move to SE Ohio, going the extra mile over and over again. He handled all our requests very professionally, from returning phone calls.to dealing with another party moving in while he was taking our things out! I wish him only the best with his moving business.
