The Lancaster Hub is the best UPS Hub I've ever experienced. They hold all my packages for me and the sweet lady who works the counter knows me when I walk in. This office is the friendliest one I've dealt with and far outperforms FedEx. I've never had a damaged package and they always help me load the heavy ones. I appreciate the kind people who work here. Thank you for being a pleasant part of life!

My office ordered a product that was to arrive refrigerated - it was shipped with an ice-pack by the seller, but due to a holiday weekend, it was going to sit in the UPS warehouse 4 extra days. When I arrived to pick it up, I had a hard time locating an employee but when I did, she had seen the indication for refrigeration and kept the package in her small, air-conditioned office.. taking up valuable space on her desk. she was very helpful in locating another non-urgent package as well.
I found my delivered package on my porch with my house/work/car keys laying on top. I am eternally grateful for the UPS employee who found my keys and placed them where I would be sure to find them. I didn't even know I had lost them! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
I'm not sure when the truck came but as I was about to leave the house,not knowing a package was delivered, it was placed right under my front door. Needless to say I stepped on it and fell down ,hurting my shoulder and scrapping my good knee. Sitting right next to the door is a rocking chair that the package could have been placed on. I am VERY unhappy with the delivery service.
