I don't recommend looking for your next basketball hoop here. You cannot get service unless your kid tosses a basketball up at the hoop and it accidentally stays there and then you try and get it down for them, then they will send someone over to RUDELY inform you (like you didn't know already - cause apparently you are stupid) that the backboards are for display only and you are not to be throwing balls up there. Oh really? Thanks unhelpful employee. That's a $1200-$1500 sale you will now NOT make!! Good job! Whatever happened to good customer service? If you find yourself in this situation as an employee at this type of store, let me give you some advice. Mind you, we were two parents and a teenager actually shopping for a good in ground basketball hoop and would have most likely purchased a hoop today. So if you're in a similar situation, calmly walk up to the family and say this "Hi guys! I see you're interested in the basketball hoops. Are you looking to purchase a basketball hoop today? Could I be of assistance in your search?" You've heard the saying "you catch more flies with honey". This is definitely applicable in customer service!! Good luck! :-)
I returned 2 golf blouses......wish you carried 1x and 2x ladies blouses. My husband and I both found golf shoes! The cashier was very pleasant!
