I have no problem paying full price...bit when a sales tag is not honored u have lost my business. whether or not that tag was placed on by mistake u shouldn't make me wait in line and just to tell me u can't honor the sales tag. In my store if a shoe is tagged wrong by an employee than that is the stores fault not mine and should be honored. Thanks for the terrible Customer service old Navy. And I'll be telling 10 ppl and get the ball rolling to continue tell 10 to 15 to 20 and so on and so forth
