I went to Victoria secret for the first time today, was going to purchase several bras. I ended up leaving the store without buying anything. I could not get any one to help me. I doubt I will ever go there again. I went to jc penny, got a bra fitting and bought several bras. They lost my business
Selection and customer service leave much to be desired here. I don't know what the problem is with this particular VS, but I typically shop online unless I'm near one of the Columbus shops.
Sales girls were snobby and rude. Made comments of a heavy set couple that came in. Definitely poor customer service
