Bruce, Terry and Roger and who ever you have working for you are awful. Bruce showed us a home, we were willing to sign on the spot but the realitor was on vacation. How convenient. When we called, texted, emailed this man for a month straight, still no response. (When we texted, he read them, had read receipts on) He called us back yesterday, but only to say he rented the house last night to a women. This company is awful and I'm letting anyone know to look out for Rise reality and to stay FAR away.
I have personally went with Rise Realty twice now in the last 2 years. They helped me navigate one of the hardest real estate transactions imaginable. 5 STAR QUALITY HERE!!! Then after securing my dream home they helped me sell my house I had been living in! I've met several of their agents and all of them have been fantastic! You'll kick yourself if you go anywhere but Rise.
