I was helping with a friends out of town wedding in Cincinnati this summer, and they requested Roger's from their home town in Lancaster. I live near there so I had to be the middle man. Kile and his crew did a marvelous job. I supplied very detailed pictures, for the bride and bridesmaid's bouquets, and his staff did a marvelous job making sure I knew how to handle them on the trip down, how to store them, and what to watch out for, as these were some strange and different plants that were requested in the bride's bouquet. The bride, her mother, and her sisters loved them. If you want something unique go to Rogers they are best, why not just use someone in Cincinnati? Because they are the best!

Terrible customer service!! It's up there with the worst I've encountered. I'll be buying flowers from someone else from here on out.
Valentines Day came around and I hadn't heard anything from that friend. Things were complicated between her and I so I thought she decided not to say anything. I let it go. I found out two months later that the flowers were never delivered. I paid $60 for flowers that weren't delivered.. I was not notified by anyone from this establishment. I called them. They said they lost a lot of orders that day and would be willing to make them over. I was understanding and patient. They must have lost a lot of money and dealt with a lot of complaints if that story was true. He offered to make them over again. They were to be delivered Thursday morning and I was to be called when they were being shipped out. I called at 3pm after I got off work and he hadn't started the arrangement. I offered to pick them up myself but because he hadnt started them I couldn't. They close at 6pm. 6:15 rolls around and I haven't heard from them. I call them and he said he finished them and the delivery guy was on his way back and would be delivering them around "6:45, no later than 7." 7:20 rolls around and still and he said the delivery guy left 10min prior and should be pulling in then or maybe already delivered. them. Her house is about a mile and half away.. I called at 7:35 and it went into voicemail so I left a message saying I wanted a refund and the flowers. The flowers were delivered at 7:40. I have yet to get a call back about my refund..

We had a beautiful arrangement for my mother's funeral. For my son's small wedding this summer flowers were just what we wanted. Kile has always given excellent customer service to our family and any arrangements we have ordered from him have been just beautiful and well received by guests.
