Received flowers today (Monday) that was supposed to be delivered Friday. They did not bother to call the person who had sent these to me and get my phone number or alternate address. The flowers came today all wilted and dying...they should have at least redid the bouquet before delivering today since they sat in a cooler for 3 days dying. I did however call the florist and talk to the manager...the flowers were supposed to be redone and they weren't and the proper steps were not followed through by her employee. She is refunding the persons account and also sending me a new bouquet tomorrow. She had great customer service.
This morning, I ordered a last-minute assorted arrangement to be delivered locally today and was pleasantly surprised when the woman told me it could be done. The arrangement was delivered to the recipient in a timely manner and looks great! My mom loved it and I was pleased to find a flower shop with such agreeably priced products and services! The cost of the arrangement and the small delivery charge totaled less than $40. Highly recommend!

Ordered an arrangement which was approx $45.00 for a friend who just came home from The James. The arrangement was small with white and yellow of inexpensive flowers of mums and daisies with small amount of green. Inexpensive looking vase with sloppy bow around vase. Disappointed overall. I usually order from Oberer's but wanted to try a local business where my friend lives.
Scheduled Delivery Dec. 15th, actual delivery Dec. 19th (i hope). They did call to say that the there was inclement weather on the 15th and I agreed they should wait a day. But, they decided to wait 4 more days. Luckily it was a holiday gift with little to no time schedule and not an anniversary/birthday arrangement. I've had no luck with any florists in the Lancaster area. This is my 3rd attempt with a new florist in the area. I live on the west coast and try to send my grandma flowers frequently. It's beginning to be a chore tracking the orders down.
