I have dealt with Piper's for years. They have always seemed to find and fix whatever problem I am having and on several occasions have patched tires for an extremely reasonable rate. The staff is courteous and friendly. I have seen folks take their cars to dealers or other mechanics and pay three to four times as much for a similar repair.
Called on Saturday made an appointment just for a estimate for Monday at 11 .Got here at 10:57 AM they took my car back at 11:07. Came and got me so that I can look under my own car and see what the problem was.Then told me they could fix it the same day and was in and out in less than an hour and a half great customer service and the price was a lot less than I expected thanks a lot pipers.
Had rotors and brakes replaced for a fair price. They told me about other parts that were showing some wear but did not try to force me to replace them. Will return in the future.
The guys are great, honest, and fair priced. Their maintenance bays are extremely clean. I am working of town and had some serious mechanical issues. I dropped off on Thursday at 4 pm and they got it done Friday night. They stayed late and got it fixed even though they close at five on a Friday so that I could have it for work on Saturday morning.
Great service. They even have a welding and fabrication shop
