Everyone is superbly knowledgeable, and very friendly. The prices are always spot on, and I've never had an issue with any work that's been done. I recommend Precise Automotive to everyone. As a matter of fact, my mother brings her car here from Chillicothe to have work done. If that doesn't say how great this business and it's people are, I don't know what will.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS HOWEVER THIS TIME I WILL. I WAS HERE FROM GEORGIA AND NEEDED SOME WORK DONE ON MY BMW, SO I SAW THIS SHOP CALLED AND SPOKE TO ERNIE. I TOLD HIM WHAT I NEEDED HE SAID NO PROBLEM AT THAT POINT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE PRICE SINCE IT IS A BMW. HOWEVER,ERNIE IS HONEST AND DOES KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING 100%. THEY CAN FIX ANYTHING INCUDING MY TRUCK. I WANT TO THANK ERNIE AND HIS STAFF FOR BEING HONEST AND FAIR.
