Staff was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us was very informative and helped us pick the best TV and soundbar for our needs. I'm very happy with the recommendations he gave.
I'm not from the area but was driving through when my cell phone had a glitche. I was using the GPS on my phone for my route so it was pretty important to have at hand. Stopped in and saw the cell phone desk for help. I was greeted directed to who I needed to see to fix the problem without delay. Guys at the desk were able to restart the phone with no questions asked. They offered options for new phones and when I declined they were not pushy but rather just happy to help. Wish I had their names to post but I didn't catch them....Thank you to the afternoon crew for getting me back on the road!
Omg! If i could give zero stars i would! I walked n knowing what i wanted to get but not sure where it was . There were 3 employees standing there talking and was very rude so after i found what i needed, on my own , went to check out they never offered a warranty threw my change at me and wasn't even gonna give me a bag to put my purchase in. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE!! They need to start all over n fire everyone including management n hire people who really wanna work! Awful experience!!!!
Nick was great help. He helped me find out what TV would be best for my situation and even helped me find the best surround sound system in my budget. Highly recommend stopping in & seeing Nick!
I was waited on right away. They were quick and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that my item had to be ordered. I have to wait a few days for my item to be delivered.
