The store is always clean and well designed. The staff is knowledgeable and for the most part friendly. I have shopped there many times and been satisfied. Almost a year ago I paid off my washer and dryer. I was having problems with it shortly after. I have been fighting all this time to get it fixed. Time after time they pick it up send to repair and returned . Still it doesn't dry. My warranty is about up and my problem still isn't fixed. I asked for a replacement but that isn't a possibility I was told.other than this problem I have been very happy .
