This company sold me a phone cover that they claimed would fit my blackberry..when it did not and i went to return it they refused to accept it b/c they claimed they did not take returns, they only did exchanges, but did not have any other case that fit my blackberry and no longer carried the case they sold me to begin with..nothing on their receipt or stand in the mall says they do not accept returns!
