Very simple process when I was upgrading. My only complaint is that they don't have chairs for when you're waiting. My mom has trouble standing for a long period of time and there's no where to sit.
Worst T-Mobile experience in the three years since we've switched to this service. My phone got wet on vacation so I went to try and trade out. Before going to this location, we tried calling them 3 times within an hour to make sure they could help us. When the phone kept ringing with no answer, we just gave up and decided to go. On a Saturday afternoon in the only T-Mobile there is for miles, there were only 2 employees working when we got there. There are also no chairs to sit and wait on. After waiting over 45 minutes where they only could help 2 customers, we finally interrupted one who was stuck on hold with customer service to ask about our problem. We were told they can't fix it in store anymore and we'd have to visit the insurance website if we didn't want to upgrade. However, they gave use the wrong website info for the insurance and didn't tell us we'd have to pay $175 to get insurance to pay for a new iPhone 6 (3 years old by this point). So we ended up going to another T-Mobile to upgrade- obviously worth it after knowing what it would cost to replace. While I understand the two girls working were busy, I wish they had asked us upon arrival what the issue was so we would not have wasted an hour of driving time and 45 minutes in store only to have to go through the hassle of going to a different store the next day.
Justin & Haylie are amazing! They both took the time to help us make sure we got the phones we wanted. If you want quality service, make sure you come here. I would recommend to come in when they first open & be nice. When you are impatient & stand offish, anyone would be more reluctant to help you. Be patient as they are making sure everyone gets quality service.
I want to give a big thanks to the two employees helping me today. They helped me switch all my old info to my new Samsung galaxy. It was time consuming and they were very helpful. Thanks again for making the transition seamless!
