Today one other fellow was waiting for his own, larger app order. When we finally got them we did what any smart consumer should be do and double checked the order. I had one of the other fellow's items and he had one of mine.
Came in for a late lunch. They seemed a little busy in the back. The manager, Alec or Alex, came out and took my order (at the time, I didn't know he was the manager). As we were going down the food line, I thought to myself "this guy gets an A+ in customer service". When it came time to pay, he said it was on him - totally didn't have to do that. I was already having a great experience and now it's free?!?! Wow! I wish my local Athens Chipotle was half as good as the Lancaster location! Well done!!!
Always our favorite place to eat always good. The only problem is they are always busy would be nice if they had a second location.
Small location but easy access from the road. The young people working at this location couldn't be friendlier! We are only in town for the week and they gave us some suggestions in places to visit in the area. Great hiring decisions, Chipotle!! We ordered take out and everything was great when we got home!
So, beware and be prepared to wait for something that's supposed to be a convenience.
App ordering is a real gamble. I'm usually left waiting for my entire order to be prepared despite arriving at the appointed time.
I think I've only been to this location once. It was definitely not easy to find a parking spot I think I endee up having to park in a lot behind it and then walk across a little alley way to get to the front of the store to go inside. This location seems like it's a lot smaller than other the other stores I've been to. The food itself was good but it was also extra busy and there was a longer wait because I think again this is a smaller store.
