The wings are the best around and the pizza is the bomb.. by far the friendliest pizza shop.. I give five stars not for just the food but the people!
****Edit from my review a month ago. We were regular customers since they first opened. We ordered pizza the other night and asked for it well done. It was not well done, it was barely cooked. I ate some and it was so doughy it made me sick. My husband could only eat the toppings. He called and complained. They said we could come in and get replacement or get a credit on our next order. We opted for the credit and now they say we can't get a replacement, we only get 10 % off. It makes the pizza more than the bad one since we got it on their special. We have ordered many times and this was the first time we have ever complained. It's always been good but apparently if it's not they will lie and rip you off. Also, the customer service is terrible. When we picked the bad pizza up all we got was a "yep." Not ordering from there anymore. Lots of other choices in lancaster.
Once again an ice cold meal. Once again zero help from the staff. This time I was told I was a liar that it is impossible my food is cold although it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get it. I will never order from here again and will be sure to tell everyone i see about how horrible multiple experiences have been.
We ordered delivery from this location and were disappointed. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and an Italian sub. Our food was cold by the time we received it and took over an hour.
I know this location is new but I was left unsatisfied. The Italian sub was large but mostly bread and lacked in quality ingredients. We will not be ordering from here again.
Had a small get together here. The service was excellent! And we all felt welcomed! The food was delicious! And we are already planning another get together there soon!! Thanks for coming to Lancaster!!!
