We ordered our pizzas at 7:00, just 2 pizzas and the order was promised by 8:00. At 8:15, still no pizza even though it said it was on its way. We called and they said the driver left a little before 8 and should be here within a half hour. What?! You mean to tell us that our food will he riding around town for forty five minutes or longer? It's now 8:40 and we have yet to see our order. We're now on the phone, playing musical employees and being told the first person we talked to lied/misinformed us and 2 employees wrongly portrayed themselves as management! Terrible customer service! And yes, it's game day, but you KNEW this was coming and should have been prepared with more drivers and an actual manager! You have lost all of our future business.
If I could give zero stars I would and here's why-
Delicious food as always the cookies were awesome the people are great go there all the time
2 pieces of pizza and a small salad, perfect. The pizza is not greasy, great taste to your pallet. Always satisfied when we order pizza from Cristy's.
It's my favorite pizza. It is a little expensive. Lots of toppings they don't skimp on the topping gs.
Got to say I love Cristys Pizza West. But this visit not so good. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese extra cheese. I get there to pick it up. They tell me it's not done so I wait. Then they come and tell me it was made wrong. Forgot the pepperoni so I would have to wait on another one. I say ok no problem. So them after waiting again I get this pizza that is so thin it was unreal. The cheese was all in the center. At least an inch in a half from the end. So yep not to happy. Last two orders very disappointed.
Update: received cold, disappointing pizza a total of two hours after the order was placed
